‘I viewed Crusoe Garden Rooms online and looked at the reviews and they looked very good, I contacted the owner Mr Trevor Naylor and made an appointment to come to his house to visit his own garden room. On meeting with Trevor there were no sleazy sales tactics, what the product has to offer speaks for itself – quality.
Through the planning and design Trevor was extremely helpful and offered some great advice he has gained from past builds. Even after the initial design was completed Trevor was flexible and allowed me to make changes to the build.
I found all of the guys working for Trevor to be very polite and courteous, I had many questions during the build and at all stages of the build they were extremely helpful in explaining each stage of the build …each day the site was cleaned and left clean and tidy.
As the days passed the garden room was built and the finish was beyond my wildest dreams, what looks like a show home in my back garden!! I couldn’t be happier!!
There is nothing more satisfying than dealing with honest and open people who have pride in the quality of their product and Crusoe Garden Rooms deliver quality which is so refreshing in this day and age. There are few family businesses around at the moment everything is run by corporate larger companies who are difficult to deal with and much of your money goes on expensive showrooms or sales personnel. Crusoe don’t work this way as it’s a family business – they believe in the quality of the work and testimonials to define the quality of the service they provide.
