Fully insulated, boarded, plastered, painted and floored, the Crusoe Deluxe makes for an ideal addition to your home. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter it can be used all year round whether it be a home office, music or art studio, kids playroom or gym.

About The Deluxe

Constructed from 100mm x 50mm section planed timber, clad on the outside with top quality Western Red Cedar board and erected, insulated, boarded, plastered, painted and floored on site. The floor and roof sections are fully insulated and clad with 18mm exterior ply.

The roof is then covered with a one piece rubber roof covering (EPDM) and black UPVC profiled fascia board fitted. Complete with anthracite grey or black five leaf aluminium bifold doors and windows.

Your Crusoe Deluxe will have a choice of laminate flooring and we will paint throughout.

Our price for this garden room includes delivery, installation and all the specifications listed below;

  • 8 metres wide by 4 metres deep.
  • Overall dimensions: 4 metres deep plus 50cm front overhang x 8 metres wide.
  • External height at front elevation: 2.5m.
  • Internal height at front elevation: 2.15m.
  • Wall construction: 100mm x 50mm section timber with breathable membrane and clad with 90mm x 18mm Cedar tongue and groove board.
  • Wall and ceiling insulation: 100mm Rockwool wall insulation.
  • Our garden rooms can be clad either vertically or horizontally.
  • Timber floor: Consists of 18mm OSB ply board on 75 x 50mm pressure treated floor joists and incorporating 75mm rigid insulation to be seated on concrete pads/slabs or solid concrete slab if required (you can either get a local builder to quote for and build the base or we can do it for you, to be quoted for at the time of site visit).
  • Internal floor: 18mm exterior ply.
  • One piece EPDM single membrane rubber roof covering (50 year life span) on 18mm exterior OSB plyboard on 150mm x 50mm roof timbers incorporating insulation, plasterboarded, internally plaster skimmed and painted. Black UPVC profiled fascia board.
  • 6 white double sockets, 10 white internal downlights, 5 brushed chrome external downlights and 2 uplighters. Dedicated consumer unit.
  • Standard electrical connection to your existing supply by our fully qualified and registered electrician included.
  • We now include a suitable wall mounted heater as standard at no extra cost.
  • Doors: Anthracite grey or black sliding 5 leaf bi fold aluminium doors 4m wide x 2m high with Pilkington K toughened glass and multiple locking system.
  • Windows: Two anthracite grey or black framed aluminium, fixed glazed panels 195cm high x 60cm. 1 anthracite grey or black framed aluminium side window 195cm high x 60cm wide split centrally with top opener.
  • A choice of laminate flooring throughout.
  • Internal finish: Ceilings and walls: 12mm plasterboarded, plaster skimmed and painted in white emulsion throughout. Skirting board and architrave fitted.
