Specification
Floor
100mm x 50mm pressure treated floor joists set at 40 cm centres with 90mm rigid insulation between and covered with 18mm ply Sterling board.
Walls
98mm x 19mm top quality Western Red Cedar on 100mm x 50mm timber framed walls with the vertical timber studs set at 40cm centres. Incorporating a breathable membrane and 100mm fibre wool insulation, covered with 12mm plasterboard and plaster skimmed.
Roof
Consists of a one piece black rubber membrane covering and black fascia boards on 18mm exterior grade Sterling ply board, on 150mm x 50mm roof joists incorporating 150mm fibre wool insulation between the joists. The ceiling is then covered internally with 12mm plasterboard and plaster skimmed.
Doors and windows
We can offer a range of UPVC (coloured or white), aluminium or wooden doors (sliding, French, bi-fold or tri-fold) and windows (fixed or opening).
Internal finishes
Include fitted skirting board and architrave with walls and ceiling prepared ready to paint with a prepared floor ready for your choice of floor covering. We can also offer you a decorating and flooring service if you require it.
Electrics
Our standard electrics package consists of eight brushed chrome sunken downlights, four double sockets and a dedicated consumer unit. Electrical connection to your existing supply via armoured cable would be quoted for separately during a site visit or can be quoted for by a local electrician of your choice.
External finish
We can offer a range of heritage paint finishes if required.
Guttering
Consists of black guttering with downpipe, fitted to the rear of the building.
